My experience was disappointing. Alex said all of the right things and presented himself very well, so it was an encouraging start but it did not last. From the initial estimate being increased by 80% to unavailability and delays, to my own work being impacted to cater for the management issues to coming across poor quality of work very late on the project, I was very disappointed. UPDATE: We decided to work with 7 Contractor on a second rehab since the first rehab went good. Well, the second rehab was the complete opposite. The project was completed two months behind schedule, thousands of dollars over-budget and poor work quality. We were also nickeled and dime for every little thing. Example: We agreed to install a PVC fence in the backyard. When the fence was installed, they did not connect/enclose the fence to the house so it was left open/unfinished.
