It has been over 5 weeks since 7 Cities was contracted to repair our A/C unit. It has been nothing but frustration - no returned calls, weeks of delays and a technician who said he couldn’t go in our crawl space and left with no explanation of when, or if, anyone would return. We are desperate at this point, but 7 Cities has been paid for the work already by our home warranty company. These guys came out twice through my home warranty company and even though the technician was nice they stopped answering my calls and wouldn't cooperate and follow up with the requests of my warranty company. They never communicated with me, I left them multiple messages with no reply. It takes alot for me to write a negative review but I would stay away from this company
Had to switch to another HVAC company because I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone to schedule a follow-up.
My technician, Venson was prompt and ver professional and fixed our problem with his vast knowledge and experience
