I’ll come back and give an update review after they answer the phone my home warranty sent me their information. I have been on hold since 9:07am this morning 07/17/2025 number 3 in line I’m not sure how many people answer phones but this is just plain unprofessional. UPDATE THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE I GOT ANOTHER COMPANY THROUGH THE WARRANTY AND IT WAS FIXED IN 4 DAYS!! My experience with 7 Cities Air has been terrible, the worst I've ever had. After my home warranty company asked them to come, it took them two whole weeks just to get to my house. After they looked at my AC and figured out what was wrong, ordering the parts took them another three weeks to even tell me about. During all that time, they didn't tell me anything. This is the worst company to go through when getting something done through a home warranty. I have been out of air for a month and still they haven’t communicated with me at all. It’s a big run around, when I call they say that service department will contact me and never do so. I didn’t want to give them a star but thats the only way I could post. I’m switching my service and recommend that no else waste their time..take heed!!! It’ll save you a lot of time!! THEY ARE TRASH

If I wasn’t going through a home warranty, I would NEVER deal with them. I had an appointment on 06/24.. it is now 07/13 and I have heard NOTHING from anyone!!! I have called three times and have been told that the service department would contact me and they never did.. which now I believe is their tactic to get me off the phone. The communication is HORRIBLE.
