Terrible. Bought 2 Groupons and left several messages to find out about making appointments on same day. Finally went on their booking site and attempted to book on line. They asked for a credit card so I put one in but I could get our appointments for the same day. Cancelled within minutes. Sonja will not return my $40 transaction fee. Terrible way to do business.
