Yendel is a master barber. I had let my hair grow for 6 months and came in looking for a complete overhaul. Yendel proceeded to give me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. His knowledge and attention to detail are amazing. Having moved to Boston from NYC, I was worried if I would find another barber. I am so glad I found Yendel. He has my complete trust. Truly someone who is at the top of their game.
Unreliable and unprofessional I scheduled 2 appointments with this Barber/Owner the first time the system accepted my appointment and the owner called me to reschedule for a different time that day "car trouble" . Today I booked a 12 noon appointment I get to the shop it's not open I check my email he rescheduled my appointment for Saturday today is Thursday without calling me or telling me. I will never go back
Yendel gave me an excellent haircut. He is generous with his time and clearly cares about providing his customers with a great experience.
There was a Salon at the address, nothing said 7 Barber Studio. So I went to JR Barbershop in Needham. They were great!
