I'm a tow truck driver i made private arrangement to drop off a vehicle here. agreed to pay for the tow. Four hours. Wrote me a check to cover the tow, then they canceled the check.
Honestly the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They took over 6 weeks to fix a minor fender bender. And still haven't completed the job! Would rarely answer the phone and had different finish dates every time we spoke to them. We had to call them just to tell them we are missing a reflector and the front bumper wasn't attached! Not only that but enterprise charged us 1,100$ for the rental because it was estimated a 3 day job and took a month and a half! They took 700$ off our bill! So even though the accident... read more

A busy small bodyshop with a neighborhood feel, and extra-impeccable paint. This is not a Giant Corporate multimillion dollar facility, where you pay higher prices for lots of employees and spotless grounds. But the service is as good as if they hired grads with Masters in Communications to take care of customers, and Kelsey, and the other women in the office are great, and very neighborly.
