Great place, great people, great atmosphere! So happy I found this place currently doing a 12 week challenge Nick has been very good at explaining and showing me my workouts and keeping me on track nutritionally! I’m probably in better shape now than I was 30 years ago and feel much better!

I have always been afraid to work out. I hated the gym because of my size. I had no confidence and I was afraid of being judged. But this gym is no longer a gym. It is my home. I feel loved and supported and it is a family. I am so appreciative of every staff member and fellow workout partners for the encouragement and support that they provide And all of the workout classes are

I decided it was time to get into shape. I am 71 years old and when I have lost weight, I always gain it back. I love the classes, where I can work with other women to meet our goals! Trisha and Mandy are the best!! They adapt to your needs and push you to do better! I have lost 15 pounds and several inches!

If you want a small quiet gym that has a great atmosphere and filled with good attitudes, then 7:24 is the place for you. I have been a long time member. The staff is wonderful and the members are all respectful.

My favorite place to work out; Mr.Pepper and his team have outdone themselves in terms of putting together a gym that has good music, great interior design, high quality equipment and a friendly atmosphere. They also have a Kangan water machine, a tanning bed and different exercise classes.
