I was having concrete delivered for a small walkway that only needed two yards. They arrived and I unloaded the truck within an hour. No one said anything about an extra charge for more than 5 minutes per yard for the truck to unload. So now they charge me an extra $120. I feel like they should have warned me to begin with of the extra charge.
Bad service, dispatch person not helpful at all and loads always not on time, once they got the contract they don't respect time frames.
Couldn't ask to work with a better group of people.
