I advise you park at a different lot to save yourself a headache. I received four parking citations in the past year claming I didn't pay. I have receipts showing that I paid through the app via the QR code on the lot sign. The first three times I didn't have any issue getting the citation removed after submitting evidence, but it is clear to me the lot attendants do not check the online app because the issue does not occur when you use the kiosk. It’s horrible parking. Their apps didn’t works, and they give a notice and charged me $70 for less than 2 hours. Customer service is totally horrible. They just want to rob your money.
This lot is terrible! I paid the parking fee at the machine and then got a $70 ticket claiming I never paid. When I submitted a customer service request a month ago, I never heard back. Would rather park on the street and risk getting my car damaged than park in this lot again.
