Not a trust full place to do business with. You have no choice in the purchasing of a mobility scooter. They pick the cheapest and bill Medicare. You end up paying more than if you purchase it yourself. Mine broke down. They are changing me for fixing it. It was under warranty. They said that they billed Medicare for repair. And Medicare denied payment. Again this was covered under one year Warranty.
Very deceptive in their business practices
Everyone I’ve spoken with has been a delight; helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!!! I wound up with a beautiful power chair! Thank you, team!!!
If I could provide zero stars, I would. I started communication with 6th Street Mobility 3.5 months ago and I am no further along than when I first started. The communication with this company is terrible and they make promises they do not keep. I went to inform my insurance company that I would not be using them, as they did not deliver and to cancel all payments and authorizations- only to find out NO paperwork had ever been submitted. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Haley and Latoya both gave me and my insurance the run around first saying they never received the order even though the system shows that their company accepted the order then explaining that they don’t even carry the equipment needed. After a week of this run around and lack of customer service the insurance company made a note not to use this company anymore and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
