If I could provide zero stars, I would. I started communication with 6th Street Mobility 3.5 months ago and I am no further along than when I first started. The communication with this company is terrible and they make promises they do not keep. I went to inform my insurance company that I would not be using them, as they did not deliver and to cancel all payments and authorizations- only to find out NO paperwork had ever been submitted. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Haley and Latoya both gave me and my insurance the run around first saying they never received the order even though the system shows that their company accepted the order then explaining that they don’t even carry the equipment needed. After a week of this run around and lack of customer service the insurance company made a note not to use this company anymore and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Another review indicated these folks to be deserving of the option for 0 stars.............Couldnt agree more In May 2025 the Doctor at my 92 year old mother's memory care facility ordered a basic wheelchair from this company when she lost the ability to walk on her own. No power, just a manual 16" wheelchair with brakes and footrests. Her Medicare advantage plan requires she pay 20% of the total out of pocket. To date she's received three bills June, October and November totaling $334. Supposedly, that's her 20%. If true, a... read more

If you need quality service for a new power chair call Christine. She was on top of EVERYTHING from the beginning of the process. From the doctor script to getting PT report down to the delivery of my son's chair. This chair has made a remarkable difference in my son's life and emotional health. His independence was constantly compromised in his old chair and it caused significant transport and EMOTIONAL distress to my son who is completely dependent on a power chair.
