Coming from someone who worked at the Sabal Park Clinic as active duty staff for two years…I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you can. All of the staff, both active duty and civilian, are noticeably unhappy, largely due to ineffective and disengaged leadership. The NCOs here are some of the least motivated and supportive I’ve encountered, and the overall environment is the most toxic I have experienced in my career. If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter, who has Type 1 Diabetes, reached out to get a refill for her insulin—something she literally needs to stay alive. Instead of receiving support, she was met with argument and attitude from someone who, quite frankly, should not be wearing the title of “nurse.” (Yes, the quotation marks are intentional.) "Please arrive to your appointment 10 - 15 minutes early" for you to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes AFTER your APPOINTMENT time. No explanation other than "we're running behind" .. "it's been like this all morning". No, you all are like this every time I come to this place. Respect the fact that people have things to do before and after their appointment. I drove 30 minutes to arrive here 20 minutes before my appointment time. To have to wait an additional 30 minutes post my appointment time to get called back is ridiculous... read more
