6Sense is not a professional organization. They do not answer their phone or return vmails. They do not acknowledge or reply to emails. Incredibly poor service. I have been reaching out for 4-weeks thru email, vmail and leaving a message with a person who claims they are the answering service. If you want professional and responsive service, do NOT use 6Sense. I cannot believe they are still in business with the way they handle customer service.

Our company was been dealing with 6Sense for 3 years trying to collect payment for a contract that was cancelled. We were sold a service and promised multiple things, all of which weren't included. We cancelled immediately citing it did not function as promised and that it would not work for the purposes we needed it to. Our company has been dealing with 6Sense for several months, and unfortunately, the platform has not worked as advertised. From the start, we experienced ongoing system errors and performance issues that made it nearly unusable. It took several months and numerous support calls for 6Sense to identify why the system wasn’t working properly.
