I have never in my life seen unethical sales practices. Preying on elderly women to buy Kirby vacuums. When trying to resolve the issue, calls are ignored and the owner never responded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this organization. Furthermore, I cannot locate you on BBBOnLine, nor are you BBB Accreditated as you indicated above.
