Sales team was effective and professional. Unfortunately, I strongly advise against purchasing the WARRANTY, it feels like a complete scam. I was reassured at the time of purchase that everything would be covered under the warranty. However, when I tried to make a claim on July 2nd (after buying my M4 March 13th), the issue was conveniently not covered.
