I’ve recently gone back to this gym after a long stint away. I was really nervous going back as I’m not the fittest, however it was really welcoming and friendly. I didn’t feel like an outsider. There’s plenty of different machines to use and treadmills. Staff are helpful and friendly especially Maria!! I accidentally hurt myself during a session and she was absolutely amazing!! Maria is lovely and welcoming and keeps the club clean. The club is great with lots of different equipment Can be very busy at peak times Definitely needs more cleaning facilities such as blue roll and possibly a towel required for all gym goers Kath is brilliant in her spin class!! Kacie excellent at her sports massage so check her out
Great local gym, highly recommended. Exceptionally clean throughout, friendly staff especially Maria, she’s lovely, petite a real workhorse and credit to the team. Thanks for keeping the sauna clean ;)
Lovely experience at this gym, the machines and weights useful and the staff are polite especially Maria, she has helped me out around the gym when I first started and always give a warm welcome
Excellent gym would recommend lots off classes and personal trainers about for any help I also want to thank Kacy Haley for the assistance when I first joined made me feel more welcome and will come again
