I brought my sister here about two years ago, and it was one of the most disappointing salon visits we’ve ever had. My sister specifically asked for a full blue color, but instead, the stylist only dyed a few strands underneath and ignored most of her request. really awful at communicating with customers I called multiple times during service hours, they never picked up. I could have avoided a trip there if I knew they don't do walk-ins by calling me back or answering the phone.
