I booked a haircut with Olivia based on other Google reviews, as I've been looking for someone who is knowledgeable with wavy hair. She took time to listen to my concerns and the look I was going for, she answered all of my questions and provided me with product suggestions. And on top of that? I absolutely loved my haircut! Her shampoo/conditioner recs have been amazing so far and my hair has air dried so well, my waves are back!
I always love how well Olivia cuts my hair, I always have inspiration photos and she goes over what will and won't work for my hair, to give me my own version of what I asked for. She's always sweet, kind, and lovely to chat with and super knowledgeable on hair care and products.
I brought my sister here about two years ago, and it was one of the most disappointing salon visits we’ve ever had. My sister specifically asked for a full blue color, but instead, the stylist only dyed a few strands underneath and ignored most of her request.
