Love this place! Mt dear friend introduced it to me and I'm blindly in love! We do zumba and the instructors are so nice and full of energy that really makes the environment better
Highly recommend 690 Women's Fitness! A wonderful environment for women of all ages for fitness and friendship. 690 offers so many different levels and types of fitness you are bound to find a fit for you and we all do what women do best, support each other!!
Wonderful place to commune in Christian valued conversation while working out. They have childcare in the morning and afternoon for ages 3mo-18years. The staff is always ready to answer your questions. Classes are included in the membership price and are always fun, from Zumba to kickboxing and Barre to Core. Please stop in this WOMEN'S only gym!
I take classes here and the cleanliness of the facility and kindness of staff is top notch!
WW is an awesome place to truly challenge yourself and be able to obtain your personal goals in a safe non-threatening (women only) way. The owner and trainers are truly invested in your health and helping you reach your goals. Although I do not have any children in their child care area, ALL little people come out of WW happy and skipping. Most want to dance to the music on their way in and out! Come and check it out! You will be amazed!
