The first time I went there a few months ago everything was smooth but everytime after that it was a long wait (even with appointments). One of the times I waited almost an hour for then the nurse to come out and said the doctor had an emergency and it would be another hour before she arrived. You can tell the place is understaffed. The nurse is also doing the check ins and answering the phones. I just waited 20mins to get an update on my prescriptions.
Benay at the front desk is a wonderful approachable person. In addition, she is patient. She helped me how to get to the digital form in my email. Thank you for being pleasant. I also enjoyed Doctor Sanchez professionalism and care.
Belmarys and Dr. Maria are awesome, they are super nice and very efficient. The office is nice and clean and was in and out in and out in less than an hour. Definitely will always get my DOT physical here!

Do not use this place if you do not have insurance. They want me to have blood test done every three months out of pocket or will only prescribe 30 days of the most standard medication metformin atorvastatin nefidipine for blood pressure They put you in an impossible situation. You have to see them every 30 days and they will only prescribe 30 days of standard medication at $70 a pop they know how to manipulate the system to charge you the maximum very disappointed.
