Kind and professional.
Very rude on phone, expects to go to their shop to handle out pricing, said has a customer there and hanged the phone. Not nice! Be nicer on the phone next time. I know you might cant tell me a binding price befor seeing item, but at least tell me around what the pricing could've been and especially not hanging the phone up like this!!!
