What a beautiful site as you walk in ,warm, refreshing,and just awesome, all made out of dark gorgeous wood,Manager Ernesto and his beautiful staff are very engaging and welcoming awesome bagels and Sammy's, YOU WILL LOVE IT. THANK YOU GUYS,AMAZING EXPERIANCE.
This was me and my daughter's first time ever eating here today. We were looking forward to it but so disappointed at the service. The cook was so mean he actually got into a fist fight with one of the customers he jumped over the counter. I waited 45 minutes for two #3 sample plates. Once we got our food they didn't pack it today. Once I asked him to pack it he cussed at me and start yelling again at a customer. This is my 2nd time eating here & BOTH TIMES have been AMAZING. I stopped here today for a quick bite for lunch & when I tell you the staff here are very attentive to placing your order & the cooks get the food out to you in a reasonable time. Once again I order the DELUXE STEAK & cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. 10/10. This is PROBABLY GOING TO BE MY GO TO FOR A WHILE. Once a like something on a menu that a restaurant offers, it’s my go to for awhile. This place is a MUST TRY if you haven’t already.
