Do not live in this building unless you are okay with sharing the stairwells with homeless people, and having the fire alarm go off between midnight and 3am nearly once a week.
Roaches in units, homeless people constantly in the stairwells, and multiple attempted thefts in the parking garage. The building staff are unprofessional (especially Candice in admin) – they talk over you, mislead you, and then threaten “legal proceedings” for their lapse in communication. Our lease ended August 31, yet management claims we are “still active tenants” and “owe” over $5,000 for August/September. This place is unsafe, poorly managed, and dishonest with tenants. Avoid at all costs.

This is probably the worst building in London, they get you if you’re vulnerable and in need of a place to move into. My heating has been broken Since January, its mid March and they still haven’t figured it out for me. I am forced to use space heaters and that makes utility bills way more expensive. The building is infested with homeless all over the staircase as they don’t want to pay for security or get a proper security system.
