I AM HAVING MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND SLEEP DISORDER after living here for two months. I’ve had a terrible experience living here due to excessive noise from my upstairs neighbor. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue to management, they have done little to address it. I am woken up as early as 5 AM almost every day due to loud footsteps, furniture moving, and pets running around. I recently renewed my lease at 672 Flats, and I felt compelled to write this review because Jada, the leasing officer, truly deserves recognition. She's incredibly professional, patient, and always goes above and beyond to help residents. Jada is an amazing listener who takes the time to understand your concerns and explains everything clearly, which makes the entire process so much easier. Very low quality place. Elevator always broken, cleaning staff locks the remaining elevator during peak usage times 8-10AM. Very poor management and very high fees. Has issues with non-residents entering and camping out in the technology room. Residents do not pick up their dog poop and the surrounding area is disgusting. Avoid if possible
I had a leak under my kitchen sink that I noticed at 4:45pm on a Friday. I went to leasing office to see if I could catch maintenance before they left for the weekend. Davon ended up coming back to the building after leaving for the day to fix the leak and worked until after 7pm, to include having to run to Home Depot for a part they were missing. Davon was so professional and amazing for staying well after his time for the day!
Lived here for over a year now and the management has always been friendly and helpful. Jada Young has been especially kind, patient and helpful!
