Dishonest management company - avoid Bozzutto’s BS - Malcolm Lawanson committed to refunding a portion of bogus charges that a disorganized airhead of a maintenance lead wrote up upon move out (supposed stains on the stove from BOILING WATER), and then Malcolm never came through. These guys aren’t just crooked, they are incompetent. Sadly, moving here is begging to be scammed by the crooked management team. Pick somewhere else. People don’t forget, Malcolm!

I lived here for 2 years and have had such an amazing experience. The staff is awesome, particularly Cass, who goes above and beyond for tenants. Beautiful, clean, building in a great location.

Cass Mesboua is an absolute superstar. He always make the extra effort to make residents feel welcome and have a great experience. The units are impeccably finished with top end appliances. The building is well-maintained and maintenance is responsive to any issues with the apartments. This is a great apartment building.

I am not a resident but recently toured the property during my apartment search process. Cass was my tour guide and he did an exceptional job. He was friendly, respectful, personable and knowledgeable; It was easily the best apartment tour I have ever had. If I end up signing at this property, he will absolutely be a main factor as he was such a great representative and spokesperson of the property. Thanks again, Cass!
