Horrible experience. Not adequately staffed for the amount of service members and dependants living on base. And what Urgent care clinic requires appointments, which there are never any available.
Specific to the pharmacy, In the 2 years I’ve gone to the 66th, I’ve never gotten the pharmacy to answer the phone. You have to go in if you have a question. The desk and leadership believe this is process is appropriate.
Some of the worst medical customer service in the DoD. Bad attitudes every step of the way trying to schedule appointments as military members. Why are you so aggressive towards members taking trying to get medical care?
