I had a really concerning experience with this office that needs to be addressed. They called me while I was busy and left a voicemail, which is totally fine. However, only a few minutes later, they contacted my emergency contact (my mom) and shared details about my referral, including what it was for, and even asked her for my email address. Dr. Riyani an excellent doctor. I feel he listens to my concerns and treats me in a respectful manner. The staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.
I seen Dr. Inas Agangda once, she was okay I guess considering there are no female family doctors in Alberta at the moment. She interrupts and tries to talk over top of you, seems like she is rushing to get you in and out of the appointments. She did run all the tests I was looking to get done, I went to go in for my test results and her clinic called explaining she had an emergency and had to cancel.
