This apartment complex is managed by a horrible management company they are so shady and are constantly doing illegal stuff , I don’t know how they haven’t been sued , serving a 60 day notice to vacate to do renovations having those residents move into already renovated apartments charging ridiculous rents telling you your rent will be no charge due to the 60 day notice then serving a 3 day to pay or quit for the rent that was supposed to be free, make you feel like you have no choice but to pay it or they’ll retaliate again... read more

My experience at School Circle was ok for a first time apartment renter. i swim regularly every week so i liked that the swimming pool was maintained good most of the time! neighbors were relatively quiet and calm. big living room = good parties!

Living at these apartments was a big eye-opener! The manager really went the extra mile and I feel that they really helped me when I was moving into my new place. I've only lived at two other apartments before and this one was by far the best. Around the neighborhood its pretty much quiet and you have a few big stores walking distance if you don't feel like driving.

I was looking around Riverside for a decent apartment. This place had a good price and the manager was really on top of getting back to my emails. Believe me I had a lot of questions before deciding and she was careful to answer me right away. Couldn't have found a nicer spot!
