The toilet was full of blood and feces when I checked in I complained to manager, who did not apologize , just said "do you want to check out?" The female manager got downright aggressive, threatening to beat me up. The whole situation would have been funny, if the room was not quite so disgusting. At least by leaving, I did not pick up.bed bugs.
The manager named Jolene, of this shitty motel is extremely rude and homophobic. I feel bad for the people who work for her. Everyone else was nice. Except her. She's a homophobe who thinks its fun to discriminate against people with disabilities and LGBT people. Do yourself a favor and don't support this business. I will make it my personal business to see that everyone knows about this until this motel is shut down for illegal business practices.
If I could give you less than 1 star I would. Your lack of empathy for human beings is disgusting and I will make sure that every single person I talk to knows the truth about you and your horrible "policies" and avoid your business like the plague!
The owner of Motel 66 would not allow my friend to rent a room for a very sick person, The owner was horrible and discriminated against this person. My fiend was going to pay and the owner told my friend that Motel 66 did not need her money.. SHAME ON YOU MOTEL 66
Staff are nice and you get what you pay for some people just need to stop complaining!!! Want something nicer then stay there!!!
This place was bad bug's in the bed and my wife found a spider in the toilet paper the train was loud as hell the heat did not work in the room and after all this they still charge me for a day wasn't even there for more than 4 hours you'd be better off checking in to the Bates Motel
