Needed a prop, good price, awesome customer service!
Stored our boat for several years with 66 Marine. Paid good money for pick up and storage- each year, they were flexible to pick up based on our schedule. That was a “pro” to the service of 66 marine. Con: Each year, when taking the boat out of storage, would get upsold on tune-up items with simply needing to take their word for it. Constant add-on charges. Recently, upon removal of pontoon from storage, the windshield of our pontoon was missing. I’ve been working with Jeff and Brady for about 10 years now and have bought three Sylvan pontoons from them—always a great experience. They also take care of service and storage for us, which makes things super easy. Their service response time is always quick and reliable. Definitely two thumbs up for these guys!
Purchased sylvan pontoon in ‘24 new Later discovered anchor light was broken and hot glued back together by dealer or factory Witnessed their crews power loading boats on Cross Lake without concern for the undermining of ramp Recommend dealing with folks that are better stewards of our resources and trustworthy
Called them about an outboard motor problem. Couldn't believe it! A human answered the phone. No extensions to type in. No on hold. And he was knowledgeable. Answered my question. Fixed the problem. Earned any future business from me forever.
