HOW AM I THE PATIENT AND I COME IN OFFICE AS I WAS TOLD TO DO SO OVER THE PHONE.. I GET THERE AND THEY HAVE ME FILL OUT A EMAIL AUTHORIZATION FORM THAT TAKES 2-5 DAYS FOR THEM TO SEND ME MY RESULTS WHEN IM IN OFFICE AND THEY CAN NOT PRINT ME A COPY AS THE PATIENT WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE ??? EMAIL ARE NOT ENCRYPTED OR SAFE YET THEY RATHER SENT RESULTS VIA EMAIL. IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE A -1000 I WOULD . SERVICE -10000/0

Great place for DOT physical. Great price, friendly staff. I had appointment, started physical on time. They do give a real physical, very fair. Wear shorts and T-shirts . Doctor very helpful
