The Surgery Team is top notch! The nursing staff was great. The cleaning lady was exceptional! And the sitters after surgery we're the best!

Excellent customer service in the cafe, Embers Grill. Charles has EXCELLENT customer service. He was very patient and helpful.
Parking is terrible. We needed an oxygen tank and they asked for an ID deposit. Security was extremely rude and not helpful. We said it was our first time and security continued to be unprofessional and rude. I hope I never have to go back.
