Was kind of thrilled to find out that we had a transfer station because I hate driving my car out to Lena although I do have four-wheel drive. Loaded up my vehicle and arrive to find out that they increased their minimum to $100. $100 for my Subaru Forester drop off with some demo debris, a broken down coffee table that's already flat, and some house stuff such as closet shelves and drywall. The garbage and recycling crews are excellent who service 6300 Golden Eye Glen area. They deserve a raise.

I drove all the way here it’s 3:40 I come here all the time give these people my money and they tell me no hand unloading after 330. with just a few things on my trailer I asked them to make an exception, and they say no. Horrible customer service such a terrible way to do business. I probably won’t go back just out of spite.

They close at 4:00 and rejected me when I got there a 3:53 so don’t waste your time going if it’s close to closing. Them leaving early is more important than doing their job
