I returned to your establishment to resolve the previous issue with my vehicle. When I arrived, Williams informed me that the shop was about to close, which I understand was due to my late arrival. However, the only solution offered was to take my car in again and run another diagnostic test. I am aware that a diagnostic typically costs $125 and only takes 5-10 minutes to perform. This shop is shady. They will swap parts out of your car and act like they know nothing. They stole my battery and replaced it with a marine battery, which doesn't even fit my car. They have family submit good reviews, and remove the ones they dont like. In the process of filing a lawsuit. The manager was unwilling to reconcile the issue. His employees will sadly be his downfall. Now I understand why their MD inspection shop is (so called) temporarily closed.
