The venue itself is stunning. Unfortunately, it's entirely owner-operated by Karen, and she made what should have been one of the happiest seasons of our lives unbelievably stressful. She was warm during our initial tour, but once the contract was signed, communication became inconsistent and every conversation felt combative and unnecessarily rude. The owner of this venue made our wedding planning experience an absolute nightmare. These are just a few of the many issues we dealt with throughout the process. Just 26 days before our wedding, after 11 months of planning around a 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM open bar, Karen (the owner/operator) told us she was no longer okay with the timeline she'd known about from the very beginning. Special events place. Too broken up with three levels serviced by stairs. I think people choose this venue because it is something different.
We had high hopes for our wedding on 11/1/25 at 632 on Hudson, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing from the planning process through the wedding day itself. The venue is beautiful. It truly feels like walking through a museum, filled with artistic pieces and rich character. The owner clearly has great taste, and the space photographs wonderfully.
