I needed a flat fixed, I called then got a message to text them and I did. I asked how much they would charge for the tire service, I was informed of the price. I asked if they could do it before I needed to leave for work and no one ever responded.
My family and I were on a 6hr trip through Joplin and the red battery light came on. I called the number and she answered right away and was willing to help right away. She diagnosed a bad alternator, a bad tensioner, and a new serpentine belt and drove me to a local auto shop to purchase the parts. Nothing but nice and helpful service. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Nice to have people like this willing to help in a moment’s notice.
She is a life saver!!! We were broke down and she was the only one willing to work on a Sunday to get us back on the road. She really knows her cars and did a great job getting our van fixed and back on the road in 2 hrs. I would highly recommend her!!! I work construction and it’s very hard to get credit from men or to get them to take you seriously. She could work circles around the men mechanics that I know! Thank you very much for your help and the great job that you did fixing our van!!
Amanda did my intake, car work, and billing and I cannot say enough good things— she is a sonic-speed car wizard and somehow does it for the best price in Joplin. A+, highly recommended!
