Amanda helped us out on our way through town to fix the HVAC in our truck. She communicated well, letting us know what parts were needed and let us know when additional issues came up. She was great, stood by her price and I would recommend her to anyone in the area. Thank you Amanda, very appreciated!
Hace un mal trabajo le cambiaron la transmisión, y se tardo como un mes, me decía que fuera tal día y que ya Iba a estar listo el carro, y ese día no estaba que por que se le hacia difícil arreglarlo sola . El chiste que al último me lo trajo que ya lo había arreglado le pague y no duro ni un mes y de nuevo se esta tirando el aceite de la transmisión los espaques quedaron mal y tornillos que no los apretó al parecer pareciera que los apretó con sus manos….es el peor taller en el que ido, no so responsables e serios

Amanda is a saint for taking our call on a saturday, couldn’t find any other mechanic in joplin open and she took our call at seven in the morning. We were able to get the part we needed (secondary air pump) at a discount with her help and her price was so reasonable we paid her a little extra as a thank you for giving up her saturday. Hope we never need her help again but we are grateful for it haha!
