PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We contracted with the owner, Richard G****, for a transportation bus, party bus, and Suburban for a wedding. He charged us twice for the deposit, the actual whole amount for the contract. He never gave us a credit for the over charge. We had to tell him to mark the contract as paid in full 9 months before the wedding this November. We booked a 33 person bus for a birthday. The bus came immediately from a wedding to our trip, and was unable to arrive on time. The bus arrived nearly 1 hour late, with full trash cans and no gas. We dumped some of the trash ourselves and then directed him to a local gas station, as he was unable to make the 30 mile drive to our first destination. The owner of the company has offered to give a modest refund (roughly 10%) if we sign an NDA and take down reviews. This offer was only made after I left the review. The driver wa... read more
