DO NOT USE! SCAM! We tried to use this bus company for a high school dance. Owner claimed engine problems… “shredded a belt” and the bus no-showed 30 high school kids. Owner apologized and promised refund and help with Ubers. Engine problems happen right? Then the owner ghosted us regarding the $750 refund. No reply to phone calls and texts for a month. *** HORRIBLE, LIARS, DO NOT TRUST*** My husband arranged a suprise bday party for me and bus never showed up! "The owner" kept lying and saying the bus is on it's way, the bus broke down, you're getting a new bus etc or not answering the phone!. All lies, kept all of 25 waiting for 1.5 hours outside the restaurant. Very dissapointing, horrible management!!
We booked this party bus for our wedding day and it was exactly what we needed. The driver was easygoing, everything ran on time, and we had a blast riding around with our friends. Definitely one of the highlights of the day.
We used this bus company for a wedding Sept 2024. Bus showed up hot at 87 degrees inside. Turned out the bus driver didn’t know how to use the AC. I had to call the owner to get it taken care of. The bus never cooled down on the way to the reception. Later I found out the bus company charged me an extra 700 “accidentally” they said. I still haven’t gotten a refund of the extra $700 after 5 months of asking for one. The company’s owner sent me a check in January, but it Bounced at the bank!
