We used this bus company for a wedding Sept 2024. Bus showed up hot at 87 degrees inside. Turned out the bus driver didn’t know how to use the AC. I had to call the owner to get it taken care of. The bus never cooled down on the way to the reception. Later I found out the bus company charged me an extra 700 “accidentally” they said. Do not use this company. Terrible experience. Double charged initial deposit, canceled contract and did not provide the service. Had to hire another company. Refuses to refund our money.
Never even showed up. Had the confirmation weeks prior and the week before and everything. 20+ people ready for a surprise party and the bus just never showed up. So disappointing and ruined the night.
Great time for our November wedding. Bus was on time, drove just fine in the snow, was patient starting and stopping for wedding photos, and aux worked great for music. Process was easy with good communication. Highly recommend!
Great time with 63 party bus. Picked up on time, dropped off on time, plus a great price relative to other companies. Super easy and fun way to get a tailgate crew together for a game.
