Took a second try at this little Diner, since my coworker and I had a great experience yesterday. Today wasn't the Diners day. You lost my vote with the incompetent service. A little busy, and nobody wanted to take my order. Nor did the wait staff offer to cover for each other, as my waiter apparently had to much on his plate to take my order.
62nd Street BBQ is absolutely top-notch! The food is packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and served in generous portions. The brisket melts in your mouth, the ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender, and the sides taste just like homemade. The Owner and Operator Jamey is one of a kind, attentive, and makes every event something my guests rave about. You can tell he puts love into everything he serves. If you want real BBQ done right, this is the place. I’ll definitely use again! —highly recommend!
My first time first experience was the worst!!! Hamburger wasn't really seasoning definitely overcooked my fries and customer service mediocre. The two being generous
Wanted to express how thankful my husband and I are for our caterer, Jamey! He contacted us right away with an estimate and provided an invoice for our request. He was accommodating in delivering to Hudson & even helped us set up! The food was delicious! We got the brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs, mac and cheese, beans, and corn bread!
