Vanessa was very polite and professional over the phone. When she arrived at my house to detail my suv, she took care of business and left my car impeccably clean. As she detailed my SUV, she was providing me with updates (pictures of progress) and was communicating with me sporadically about the detailing process. Loved the results of their work. I hired them for a huge job with multiple cars and carpets in our house to be cleaned. Even with the huge workload they didn’t skimp over any detailing and had both our carpets and cars looking brand new. They were very upfront about their prices and suggested we might need extra fur removal and we definitely did. 10/10 would recommend and would use their services again!
