Tried to wash my car and used my credit card then seen there was no knob on machine to turn it to different settings and was set on foam brush. I ended the wash and on one there to help and no phone number to call. Was then charged $10 for a wash I did not get. Terrible business
This place sucks sooo bad card readers don't work the one machine that did i put in 2 dollar bills and had a few quarters put no 2 quarters jammed in the coin slot...don't waste your time here just go a half mile down the road to the nice one
Used a charge card charged me $10.00, and the stall I was in had no soap, didn't know until I started
Well, im SORELY PISSED OFF! I've been going there for years to clean ALL of my cars...and NOW...some IDIOT decided to dye the foaming soap HOT PINK! I came home today with STAINED HANDS, STAINED SHOES, AND STAINED CLOTHES! They have lost customer over this. And to top it off...there is no phone # to call for customer service. The one on the web is DISCONNECTED! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Plenty of soap and water. Just dirty.
