I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Kari. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Dr. Kari was genuinely invested in my progress, and took the time to listen to my concerns, explained each step of the process, and tailored exercises specifically to my needs. I originally was referred for knee pain and Dr. Kari noticed limitations within other areas of my body. She does great work with dry needling!! Not only have I noticed a huge improvement in my mobility and strength, but I actua... read more

I can’t say enough good things about Kari at 616 Physical Therapy. I came in with chronic hip and knee pain, plus nagging calf pain every time I ran. Kari took the time to find the root cause of my issues—not just treat the symptoms. Thanks to her personalized approach, I recently ran two 10Ks completely pain-free! What sets Kari apart is her dedication to continued learning. She's constantly sharpening her skills and introducing new techniques, like massage and dry needling, which brought immediate relief. The space has a c... read more

I have been a consistent runner for about 10 years and within the last 5 years fell in love with triathlons. I had been struggling with right hip pain off and on for several years. Over the last several months, it became more persistent and started effecting my left groin. It was something I could “work through” but knew I had a problem when it started to effect my ability to push my pace, had lingering pain after runs for the rest of the days, and was having pain when playing with my young kids. I tried more stretching, yog... read more

I had a fantastic experience at 616 Physical Therapy. After over a decade of back pain that worsened post-baby, daily tasks became unbearable. I had never tried PT before, but Kari made me feel so comfortable. She’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough, ensuring I understood my recovery plan. Her balance of support and motivation was key to my healing. We customized exercises I could do at home, and I felt improvement after just one session! After four, I confidently returned to yoga, pilates, and holding my baby. I ... read more

I was struggling with some tendinitis in my ankle during marathon training, and with a couple weeks out from the race I needed some help. Kari was quick to get me in and was really helpful in getting me the treatment I needed not only to make it to the starting line, but through the finish line feeling strong.
