I had a fantastic experience at 616 Physical Therapy. After over a decade of back pain that worsened post-baby, daily tasks became unbearable. I had never tried PT before, but Kari made me feel so comfortable. She’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough, ensuring I understood my recovery plan. Her balance of support and motivation was key to my healing. We customized exercises I could do at home, and I felt improvement after just one session! I was struggling with some tendinitis in my ankle during marathon training, and with a couple weeks out from the race I needed some help. Kari was quick to get me in and was really helpful in getting me the treatment I needed not only to make it to the starting line, but through the finish line feeling strong.

I met with Dr. Kari Chappell to get some help for some back pain I was having, and have been impressed from the very beginning. As a Physician Assistant I was particular with who I would get PT from, and I am incredibly happy with Dr. Chappell. She has been very thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to get to know my concerns and goals moving forward. If you are considering her for PT, don't hesitate. Dr. Chappell is an outstanding PT.

I went to Kari for an annoying, painful tennis elbow from playing Pickleball. I had heard from a friend that she uses a technique called dry needling. I learned exercises to do as well as instructed in proper technique. Kari also worked with me to heal through the needle technique my elbow complaint. Kari is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I am happy to share that my elbow has improved significantly so I can enjoy my sport without having the elbow pain!!! Thank you Kari! You are a five in my opinion!
