My 86 Pontiac had a leaking rear axle seal that needed fixing. However, the pin holding the differential together was sheared off. Not a straightforward fix. I had brought it to the other mechanic in town and was given a quote to fix it that was quite expensive. After finding out about 616, I had talked to the mechanic there about my problem. Was looking into buying a truck from here, I asked if I could get a mechanic to look at it, but the owner said they had “no time” to look at the truck or arrange for someone else to look at it.
