The same day I called the problem was fixed within an hour after the service man showed up I wish I knew his name I would put his name on here but I appreciate the hospitality and the concern that was shown to me being a senior citizen and the price was affordable

Used 615 plumbing back in July to fix a leak in the faucet in my bathroom. This is partially my fault for signing the papers before asking for a breakdown, but after the technician left to get the part, I couldn’t help but feel that the price given to me was very high for a simple faucet leak fix. (Over $600) I called a couple of friends/ family members who are in the business to ask if this was a standard price for this job and they each told me what I was being charged was unreasonable. I could not have been more pleased with the service Tyler provided. He gave a detailed outline of my plumbing issues and went over and above making the necessary repairs. Very prompt courteous service. I highly recommend 615 Plumbing and Tyler. And the office staff was courteous and kept me advised every step of the way!
