The technician was very professional and very polite young man. I called to see how much they would charge to replace a defective toilet that was recently purchased elsewhere brand new and it wouldn't stop running. I was quoted nearly $1,400 to replace the toilet. Are you guys out of your minds? I paid the $69 service fee and tipped the technician $20 for coming out. I'm sorry but that's highway robbery when home Depot sells high quality toilets for $200.
Evan was absolutely spectacular. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and a great communicator. After over $2,000 worth of work I signed up for their manual service program. Absolutely great company and I would recommend it to anyone. By the way when I need service the next time Evan better be available
