I highly recommend 614fitness. This is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly. Trainers are great and very knowledgeable.
If you have a fitness goal, this is the place to be and if you don’t, they can help you create one. Both the staff and members are great and everyone supports one another. I’ve been a member for almost 10 years after I started marathon training and needed to supplement strengthening to help reduce injuries. When I’m injured from running, 614fitness can help provide modifications to keep you active during your recovery. During classes we all have fun, laugh, support one another and get a great workout.

I have been attending classes here for a few weeks now and I really like it. The classes are very challenging, and the trainers are awesome. I needed a new gym since my previous gym was forced to close and based on the reviews and class descriptions, I chose to join this gym. The class sizes are perfect: not too big or too small. The trainers always work with me to provide alternatives for exercises that I need to avoid due to knee issues.
