I signed up for a membership, called to cancel, told it will be canceled yet I am still getting charged. When I call them, they are busy and the mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message. Contacted them through instagram as well - crickets. Had to go through the hassle of reporting them to my bank to get my refund and have my credit card replaced. After checking with my bank, they were using my card information to make multiple charges manually to make it harder to dispute. Scammers.

The best gym I've ever joined. Friendly, great people, and welcoming. They have everything you need to get swole. I wish I could stay but I moved to rice village. This is a family gym, come through if you want a community and gains.
