We are Houston's Premier - Women only gym. There is not another gym like ours. Here at 6140 fitness we have a full selection of weights, cardio machines, and classes to suit your needs. We provide a comfortable envronment for women to achieve their goals. We offer personal traning, health coaching, and a variety of classes. We also have great amenities such as a selfie wall, changing room with a shower, posing room, and a lounge with healthy drink and snack options. See you there!!

The best gym I've ever joined. Friendly, great people, and welcoming. They have everything you need to get swole. I wish I could stay but I moved to rice village. This is a family gym, come through if you want a community and gains.

The gym is always impeccably clean, which is something I deeply appreciate. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment.
