Edit after their response: They never filed anything because they know they have no leg to stand on, and they’re just trying to save face. I reached out multiple times, and they refused to refund me upon request, even though they (1) made a material misrepresentation when selling me a filter part, and (2) did not fully perform the opening services listed on the company website, and for the ones they did perform, were clearly below industry standards.
