Best powerlifting gym in the city
I started here not too long ago due to getting banned from movati for chalk use … but i absolutely love it here the people are amazing and super friendly and welcoming and the environment just humbles u and pushes u to be better best gym in ottawa hands down!!
I’ve came a couple times and this gym is truly one of a kind. I kind of don’t want to share a review to keep it niche but I feel like I owe it to the place and owner since it’s such a phenomenal gym. If you’re a regular gym goer and take it serious and you’re going to a common franchise gym, you gotta switch over. Come once and you’ll be hooked.
