Coach Paul is an awesome instructor, and works with you 1-on-1. I worked out here last summer, and since have gone back to school. If you're looking for the ultimate fitness place, this is it. Can't recommend the folks at 613 Fitness enough.
Great gym! Paul is an amazing coach with a truly personal approach to every participant. His deep knowledge of kinesiology is reflected in the well-planned and effective training programs. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming — it genuinely feels like being part of a family. Highly recommend!
I newly joined 613 Fitness at around 5 months postpartum. I am so grateful for the warm community that embraces people in all walks of life, including women like me who are looking to have an hour of physical activity while caring for an infant. Everyone has been so understanding and patient. Special thanks to Nadine and Paul :) It feels so good to be able to get moving again!
