Great place will not take my bike to any other shop shows excellent work in what they do well respected and great customer support overall excellent place to bring your bike
I took a bike in to have a general inspection done and to fix a headlight that wasn’t turning on. I remember telling them I wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly and safely with the bike. There must’ve been poor communication one way or the other, but they do not look at certain functions of the bike for the general inspections - because within 24 hours of dropping about $1.6k to fix the head light and other apparent issues from the general inspection, my headlight once again stopped working, and my bike broke ... read more
612 moto got me in and out in a snap. Very knowledgeable service stuff. Front counter stuff is friendly and professional. Im recommending this motorcycle shop to everyone. Believe me, I've been to most in the Richmond area. Take your bike to 612 Moto. No shop can come close. Hands down the best experience I've had.
