This location is completely filthy and dirty and seriously needs an inspection from anyone who oversees veterinary care centers. I would not recommend sending a pet of ANY kind here. Not only is it filthy, they do not leave food and water down for the animals. Not a place I would recommend at all. It made me give it a star, but I wish I could Take it away!!!!
The owner is really nice & is always there to help. My dog is very difficult and she took her time to be there. Made me feel so welcomed. Loved it!
This place deserves ZERO stars. Our dog was recently taken their to have a minor surgery on her tail. What started as a small minor surgey to remove a cyst on her tail has turned into a HUGE problem costing us over $1,500. They removed the cyst from her tail and we picked her up later that afternoon to take her home. They had it bandaged up and told us to keep the same bandage on the wound for 2 weeks until she was to come in and have the stiched removed. I have worked here at 610 Pet Lodge for 2 years and it was just bought out on August 15, 2011. Meaning it is under new ownership and I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing difference this shop has become. All the staff care about each other and the animals. Business has picked up and we are so excited to let you know that our doggie daycare is growing and we have an average of 11 to 15 dogs on a daily basis. They have a great time and enjoy the group play. You actually get what you ask for now.
