Everyone is incorrect about this company being a scam. I've been using them for years, and if you received your DOT card after April1st-(electronically) than you're good to go. They're extrmely professional and will provide you with clarity if you give them a call.
After paying the $60.00 for my DOT physical and receiving my medical card at this location, I went to the DPS and was told they are under federal investigation and therefore my medical card was not valid. I had to go and get another card somewhere else, pay to get a new one. When I tried to get my money back from them they would not refund me and they were still taking peoples money and giving them a medical card. Is a scam they know it cost more than $60 dollars to sue them.
I received the same letter stating my physical will be voided. This place is a true scam and they keep operating it's totally ridiculous. File lawsuit in small claims court in Harris county you can sue for up to $20,000. If they show up there's no judge that's going to rule against you Maybe not for the full amount but you'll get something and if they don't show up you'll get a judgment and you have their medical board license. I got my dot card from here the person that signed off on it name was Jenny a few weeks go by at least 4 other people that's in cdl school with me have went here all of our dot card won't work at the dps the lady was fraud how are they still open?!!!!
How can we get refund??? I just did mine 2 months ago and I received a letter from fmcsa saying I need to do another one first one not valid
