If I could give zero stars I would. I gave this dental practice a chance based off the reviews, which are incredibly misleading. I communicated with their office regarding an insurance change well in advance and was not told they needed the insurance information prior to my next visit. When I showed up to the next visit I was blindsided and asked to pay $900 upfront because my insurance was out of network so I told them they could cancel the appointment. Everyone there is very kind and knowledgeable! Cleaning / exam was painless and finished early.
I felt that I had a very thorough exam and cleaning. Explained everything and courteous. Glad they were recommended to us.
Dr Tom and his staff are awesome. Once again they knew how to quickly and painlessly help. I loved how the new technology in dentistry demonstrated exactly what the problem was. Together with Capital endodontics they saved my tooth! Thank you.
I had teeth cleaned today after a long delay, which increases chances of bleeding gums. The staff person paid much attention to making it as painless as possible and showed great skill in making that happen! Very very appreciated. I will be keeping up with appointments in the future! Also, friendly professional staff throughout!!
